Meet Your Trainers

A husband-and-wife duo who wanted to help you unlock your healthiest self.

Between us, decades of experience in Kinesiology, strength & conditioning, nursing, and Division-1 athletics. We opened KB Fitness because we wanted a studio we'd actually want to train in — and a community that treats every member like a person, not a punch card.

Trainer · Co-Founder

Kurtis.

Kurtis holds a Master's in Kinesiology & Rehabilitation and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) — the gold standard credential in the industry. He's also the published author of Finally Fix Your Back Pain.

His specialty is working with clients other trainers don't know what to do with: older adults, post-surgical clients, people with chronic back pain, and athletes looking to return to sport without re-injury. If you've been told to "just stretch more" or "listen to your body" by a trainer who didn't have an answer, Kurtis does.

  • Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
  • Training The Older Adult (TOA) Certified
  • B.A. Psychology
  • Author — Finally Fix Your Back Pain

Trainer · Co-Founder

Corinna.

Her athletic background means she knows what serious training feels like. Her nursing background means she knows how the body actually responds to stress, injury, and recovery. Both show up in every session.
